International shipping

We currently offer three choices of international shipping. Your order will be shipped by Thailand post from Bangkok, Thailand within 4 days after payment confirmation, except for preorder items or in unavoidable difficulty like emergency lockdown.

• Eco airmail service (18 USD, 4-6 weeks)

Eco airmail service is now delay up to 4-6 weeks for delivery outside of Asia, and 2-3 weeks within Asia. Eco airmail packages will be tracked and need receiver’s signature, except for some countries’ change in policy during quarantine like Australia. *Some packages might meet some tracking update pause, up to a month, due to held back at custom.*

• Surface shipping (8 USD, 3-4 months)

Surface shipping will be offered on our website starting on mid July, 2021. Your package will be tracked but its process will not be updated during boat transport (around 1-2 months). Please aware that surface shipping is very slow and delivery take up to 3-4 months during pandemic and plan ahead before order.

• Courier service (DHL, 60 USD up, 2 weeks)

Courier service is a collaboration between Thai post and DHL. Delivery time is 1-2 weeks. Please DM us for this delivery service since your package shipping fee will need to be calculated by weight (60$ or more for multiple items).

Delivery problem

If your order was sent back due to failed delivery or wrong address, please check your tracking to see if it’s still in your country and contact your closest post office to retrieve it (USPS for US).
If not possible, please DM our contact so we can expect a return package and help you with re-send service (shipping cost would be on customer’s responsibility).
