*Now delay up to 4-6 weeks for shipping outside Asia*

We ship our ready-to-ship items through Eco-airmail service by Thailand post from Bangkok, Thailand within 3-5 days after Paypal confirmation (3-4 weeks delivery). Longer process time is needed for long Thai national holiday (mid April) or pieces that need modification. Also, please note that there might be some delay due to pandemic and global situations.

Return

If you have missed the deadline to retrieve your package or realized you had gave wrong address, please check your tracking to see if it’s still in your country and contact your post office to retrieve it.
If not possible, please DM our contact so we can expect a return package and help you with re-send service (shipping cost would be on customer’s responsibility). Items returned to us due to failed physical delivery will also fall on this category.

Refund and exchange

Ready-to-ship items

For all incorrect or damaged orders, please DM our contact within 3 days after receiving for an exchange/refund, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.
In case of second-hand items, we can offer an exchange/refund only in the case of wrong delivery, but not minor flaws which is the nature of the clothing.

*We cannot refund an item that is still in delivery/delayed by uncontrollable factor such as pandemic or political movement*

Custom items

We offer full refund for custom items that has not met with our customer’s satisfactory only before ship out. Once the package leaves us, we would not be able to do any refund.
Please check the coloring and design thoroughly before the final confirmation, and allow room for color difference due to lighting/screen display or small unfitting due to online measurements taking.
